Therapy fOR adults experiencing Anxiety

and Life Transitions

in Red Wing, mINNESOTA

I’m Sarah Reichert, LICSW, a licensed mental health therapist in Red Wing, MN, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and overwhelming life transitions. I provide in-person therapy in Red Wing and telehealth therapy for clients across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find steadier ground. Free 15 minute consultation available.

Life gets busy, and personal growth often takes a back seat. You may have put others first so long that you feel drained. Problems then seem bigger — but they don’t have to be.

Working on yourself makes you more available for the people you care about. Therapy is a commitment of time and energy to improve life and move out of crisis mode. You’ll still face daily demands, but you’ll handle them better and feel less stressed.

Small changes and new perspectives can make a big difference. I’m excited for you to see those benefits.

I now see couples. Whether you’re dating, planning marriage, facing marital problems, or divorcing, we can work on practical, lasting changes that matter.

Your time and money in therapy are important. Each session is tailored to your needs so you get the most from it. Call for a free 15-minute consultation to start — I’m glad you’re here.

How Billing Works

Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted.

However, at the end of each month, I provide a superbill which has all codes and information you will need to get reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Why not accept insurance? Insurance companies often do not release full payment to individual health care providers without great effort on the care provider’s side.

In many cases clients have found the per session rate to be less expensive than having gone through their insurance copays.

Some insurance companies limit number of sessions or what they will take for diagnosis

Thank you for your understanding.
